Rochester Hotels Weblog / Roberto Hornos - Activities in Buenos Aires

Good heavens! It turns out that now everyone is talking about the swine flu, “A” flu or however it is called … But do not panic, buddy: recommendations to avoide them are very clear, and if we all fulfill them it will dissapear very fast.

So you already know: wash your hands, use chinstrap if traveling by subway or by bus and stay home if you have any symptoms, however small it is. Damn, I was really willing to dance tango at some ballroom… But given the situation, there are two choices: do something, but outdoors or stay indoors and take advantage of the infinite possibilities that Internet gives us: What about a little refreshment about the history of tango? The biography of Gardel, Alfredo Le Pera, the dear … Troilo. Take the opportunity to listen and learn the music of these idols! I invite you to participate more in my blog space, I will be expecting your comments or questions about Buenos Aires, this unique city. Come on, send me your email, exchange views, keep in touch.

However, if you want to go out, even for a while outdoors, this week I invite you to join to a new venture: the Sculptures Walk at a square. In this case, the exihibition is from a sculptor called Bastón Diaz, it is carried out at Plaza Ruben Dario (Av. Del Libertador and Austria) and admission is free. This exhibition was opened a few days ago, it will be open for 8 months, and then there will be more exhibitions of different artists. What do you think? If you are convinced by the proposal, you already know: we con go together.
