The Enlightenment Block.

It is located between Peru, Moreno, Adolfo Bolivar and Alsina streets. It is known after this name because there worked the first school in Buenos Aires and the first university, and it was there where the knowledge of many of the heroes of our nation shine.
The enlightenment block has a history much older than that shown by the buildings today, as its first occupants were the Jesuits.
Today you can visit the Mission, the nation’s first pharmacy in the city among other things.
