This street is called Caminito and the neighborhood is La Boca, one of the most historic neighborhoods in the city.

Long ago, where Caminito lies today, a stream used to flow into the Riachuelo, a railroad used to operate in the same place which was later abandoned and Caminito became a dump. In 1950, several neighbors grouped with the decision to recover the lost territory and in 1959 with the initiative of the renowned painter Benito Quinquela Martin this street was built, which has been declared Museum in the Open Air.
