Recovery of remains of the Flight 447 of Air France

After a week of intensive searching, finally traces of the Air France plane, which was traveling from Rio de Janeiro to Paris, are beginning to be found. Among the remains there were found oxygen masks, seats, parts of the wings, but more importantly they were able to recover 17 bodies of passengers of the tragic Flight 447.

On Saturday the bodies of two men were recovered, yesterday Sunday other four men and four women were found. Onboard there where 228 passengers, today the recovery of bodies and parts of the plane will continue as other bodies have been sighted in the Atlantic Ocean. In charge of these works and carrying out searches, are 12 Brazilian aircrafts and 2 French and 5 Brazilian ships and one French.

The identification process is slow at the moment and still they cannot determine how long it would take to identificate the bodies, but relatives of passengers remain in constant contact with the authorities in Rio de Janeiro in order to speed up the process of recognition.

The crash of the Flight 447 is the world worst air disaster since 2001.
