Riverside and La Plata River

Surf, Wind-surf, kayaking are Sports which became very important in this last time, outrigger (hawaian coanes) is very common, almost a daily activity in Buenos Aires, especially in the Delta in Tigre and in San Isidro. LaPlata river and the Riachuelo are the natural limits of the city to the East and South.

North Coastal

Along Rafael Obligado Avenue we find the NORTH COASTAL, offering several gastronomic centers, sports such as swimming, golf, tennis, football, basket, windsurf and navigation.

South Coastal

Next to the Ecological Reserve, in Puerto Madero (docks south to north) lies the SOUTH COASTAL. It has been one of the most popular places for years, since 1918 when the spa town was inaugurated, it was the most crowded one, then between 1940 and 1950 the area grew and sold a lot more, with the opening of restaurants and theaters and tango shows and comedies. But in 1960, the ride began to suffer the passage of people and business, losing popularity, with a river that was forbidden to swim in because of the high level of contamination.  
Years later, in 1990 and 2000, the boulevards were repaired and the waterfront began to be visited during the day and night and especially on weekends, but never with the furor of those old days. Today you can find several food stalls along the wide sidewalks that specialize in sandwiches of pork.  
To get to this coast you have the following buses: 4, 29, 33, 53, 54, 64, 86, 129, 130, 152, 154, 159, 168, 186.

Natural Park, South Coastal and Natural Reserve

Lands gained to the river by the local flora and fauna, so since 1986 it is a reserve area where you can see and appreciate various species of reptiles, mammals, birds and amphibians.  
The ideal place to enjoy long walks, bike rides, going out for a run to clear out your mind or a fun night.
The Reserve can be visited on foot, by bicycle or with a guide and offers several natural paths to get to the river. It is the largest green space in the city, with 350 hectares.

One of the most beautiful, largest and most visited tourist attractions of Buenos Aires. On the banks of the Parana River, 30km north of the city, with a delta of 320 km, is an ideal place to spend the day outdoors, boat ride, water sports and ecotourism tours. It also has inns and cabins that offer lunch, dinner and accommodation.  
Finally, we find the various museums in the historical area of Tigre and the Fruit Port with crafts.
